Google is making its Translation Service available for free as part of its Google API.
See for example the Google Translation in upper left sidebar to switch to your language. Meanwhile the API is versatile because it auto-detects the language and then translates it for you:

As it turns out the Google automated translations are a little loose. But in any language, President Barack Obama’s prestige took a huge beating.
